Combining my experience as a lawyer with my passion for real estate, I bring over 25 years of legal expertise into every transaction. My background as an attorney makes me a valuable real estate resource, helping you navigate negotiations, contract drafting, inspection and title analysis, and ensuring a smooth process through closing.

In addition to working as a real estate broker since 2005, I have deep family ties to the real estate industry. My legal practice always involved real estate law, from assisting clients with residential purchases and sales to representing them in commercial leasing, foreclosure, receivership, and bankruptcy proceedings. This experience also allows me to skillfully assist with the purchase or sale of properties tied to estate and probate administration, divorce situations, and bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.

Beyond real estate, I am a founding board member and volunteer with Positive Charge! PDX, and have been actively involved with BB360 and other Jewish community organizations, Portland Public Schools, the Oregon State Bar, Financial Beginnings, Bridlemile (BSC Oregon) and Oregon youth soccer, and the University of Colorado Alumni Association at both local and national levels.  I am the recipient of the 2024 Oregon Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award for community involvement.
